2024 updates

Online Talk conducted for all Darsana members on " Next Step in Career Progression (Career Development Talk)  on 12 October 2024. The key topics covered were "BECOMING INDISPENSABLE AT WORK (By Sangeeth) and AI IN ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION (By Mukundan). Objective of the session was to learn, grow, and enhance career prospects of Darsana Members with expert insights and practical knowledge.

UAE SANGAMAM

The 10th Darsana UAE Sangamam was held on 2nd June 2024 at the Fortune Plaza Hotel in Al Qusais, Dubai. The event spanned a full day, with a morning session open to all attendees. Dr. Suresh Kumar MG delivered a keynote speech on "Kerala - Energy Demand Forecasts and Sustainable Solutions”. His presentation was followed by an interactive Q&A session, which provided valuable insights and clarified many attendees' misconceptions about the energy sector.
General Body Meeting
General body presented the working report, and the financial accounts. Meeting proposed a new panel of coordination committee members, which was accepted by the general body. Meeting ended with vote of thanks.

Programs Conducted in the past by UAE Chapter

- Raag Malhar: An online musical event was conducted on 26th November 21. Members and families from all the global chapters participated in the event.

- Technos Zest 21: Technos Zest is a fun family sports event on the Technos platform in Dubai on 10th December 2021. Darsana played a leadership role in organizing the event; Darsana also participated the most.

- Dhow cruise: A dhow cruise trip was conducted in Dubai on 27th March 22 for the members and family. The participation in the event was overwhelming.
